On November 26, Tashkent hosted the third international forum of poultry farmers “Eurasia 2019”.

The forum was attended by analysts from Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, representatives of about 40 companies producing materials, equipment, food additives, veterinary preparations for poultry feeding.

It was noted that deep processing of poultry products is not up to standard. The scope is limited only to the cultivation of chickens, that is, insufficient attention is paid to the increase in other bird species, including turkeys, ducks, geese, ostriches. The issue of creating modern bio-laboratories for the early detection and prevention of diseases in birds is also relevant.

Shortcomings that impede the development of the sphere were analyzed, views were exchanged on their elimination, the full support of poultry farming, the widespread introduction of advanced technologies, innovative developments, further deepening processing, expanding the range and export of poultry products.

Within the framework of the forum, an agreement was signed between the Association of Managers of Uzbekistan and the Eurasian Association of Poultry Farmers on establishing mutually beneficial cooperation.
