The annual Asian Conference of the Valdai Discussion Club will be held on November 10-11, 2019, in Samarkand.

Experts and political scientists from more than ten foreign countries are arriving in Samarkand to attend the conference on “Central Asia and Eurasia: Multilateral Cooperation Facing Challenges of Global Disorder”.

Participants of the conference visited the mausoleum of Amir Temur, the memorial complex of Shakhi Zinda, the Bibikhanum Mosque, the world-famous Siab market. The guests were surprised by the history and preservation in the original form of centuries-old monuments.

The conference, organized in cooperation with the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, will begin its work on November 10 at the Forums Complex, in Samarkand.

Among the issues on the agenda are the international security and development of macro continental stability. Meetings will be organized on joint development of interregional cooperation, and the search for ways to increase global stability.
