First Deputy State Advisor to the President Ulugbek Muhammadiyev, Deputy Minister of Justice Akbar Toshkulov, Head of NGO Madad Tulkin Tursunov and others noted that all conditions have been created and are being created in Uzbekistan for citizens to provide legal assistance. The opening of the central office of the organization with integrated equipment is a clear confirmation of this.

The non-governmental non-profit organization Madad was created to provide primary free legal assistance to citizens on legal issues, including through online consultations and clarifications.

The organization has been established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures for further improving the system of providing legal information and providing legal assistance to the population”.
