The official name of the first skyscraper NEST ONE follows from chosen concept of Sky for all Project. It also represents comfort and reliable nest for its residents and their guests.

There are 746 luxury apartments designed for offices, restaurants, sports areas and other public areas. There is a car parking downstairs.

Sale of real estate in the highest and most multifunctional building of Uzbekistan will start on September 14, 2019.

The future skyscraper will consist of 51 floors, rise to 266.5 meters and have all the amenities necessary for a comfortable life.

According to preliminary estimates, the completion of skyscraper and arrangement of residential, business and public areas is scheduled for December 2021.
