A delegation led by the Director of the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic K. Kapalov visits Uzbekistan.

On November 15, Director of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau B. Kudratkhojayev met with members of the delegation at the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Issues of improving bilateral relations and strengthening cooperation in priority areas were discussed at the meeting.

A presentation was organized for guests on the activities of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, implementation of documents of courts and other bodies in the country, information was provided on the reforms being carried out.

At the event, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau under the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic as a legal document to strengthen bilateral cooperation. This document provides for the exchange of information and experience between executive structures, holding joint activities, and establishment of consultations on the enforcement of court decisions.
