11 district election commissions for holding elections to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, 60 – to regional, 409 – district, city councils of people's deputies were established at a high level in the region to organize this important political campaign, held under the slogan “New Uzbekistan – New Elections”. In order to ensure the free expression of citizens’ will, 758 polling stations were formed on election day, where all the necessary conditions are created in accordance with the recently adopted Electoral Code.

Polling station No. 271 of Termez is located at Surkhandarya Museum of History and Culture, which was reconstructed and put into operation this year. More than 1 thousand 900 voters living in Mekhriobod makhalla are voting here. Citizens are visiting the polling station and voting for their chosen candidates.

Khokim of the region Tura Bobolov also voted at this polling station.
