The Center for Advanced Training started its activities in Nukus, the structure of which includes Karakalpakstan Regional Branch of the International Islamic Academy. Imam Eshon Muhammad Mosque hosted a training workshop on training imam-khatibs.

Imam-khatibs, their assistants, specialists in religious sphere, employees of state and public organizations, relevant teaching staff of higher and secondary education institutions from Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region will pass retraining and training courses in the center.

Training workshops on improving the skills of specialists in religious sphere will be conducted by professors and teachers of higher education institutions, as well as qualified teachers of Secondary Special Islamic Education Institution named after Beruni.

It should be noted that International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan provides for creation of training centers with Karakalpakstan, Samarkand, Namangan and Surkhandarya regional branches.
