Japan Research Analytical Center at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy hosted the first workshop with participation of professors from Wakayama Japan.
It was noted that strategic cooperation between the two countries is developing at an accelerated pace, not only in the political, trade, economic, investment, cultural, humanitarian and tourism sectors, but also in science, education and innovation.
At the workshop, detailed information was provided on the issues of international legal cooperation for development of tourism industry in Uzbekistan. Japanese experts spoke about the peculiarities of tourism development in the Land of the Rising Sun. The workshop participants became familiar with a presentation on scientific research carried out by professors of Wakayama University in tourism business.
Scientific and educational process of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy is aimed at actively participating in expanding friendly relations between the two countries. Here, for many years, student exchange programs with prestigious universities in Japan have been successfully implemented. In addition, Japanese experts are actively involved in organizing the process of teaching the Japanese language, provide lectures on the modern economy, domestic and foreign policy of Japan.
