Representatives of textile, sewing and knitting industry of Uzbekistan, fashion designers of “Sharq liboslari” design center underwent training courses at the International Fashion Academy AICP, in Paris, France.

The training was organized for training and retraining of personnel – designers for sewing industry of Uzbekistan.

As reported by the Press Service of “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” (Uzbekistan textile industry) Association, domestic designers got acquainted with new innovative ideas in design of finished products, as well as the latest methods of modeling and designing clothes. During trainings, special courses and master classes, industry specialists of Uzbekistan also took part in practical courses from the leading designers of the International Fashion Academy.

Within the framework of the event, “Sharq liboslari” design center organized a fashion show of national clothes, representing the achievements of fashion industry.

At the meeting with the President of the AICP Jean-Philippe Vauclair, preliminary agreements were reached on implementation of the second stage of training courses in October this year for designers from Uzbekistan on preferential terms.

Jean-Philippe Vauclair supported the proposal of “Uztuqimachiliksanoat” Association on establishment of a branch of the AICP in Uzbekistan. Today, the AICP Academy branch operates in Japan.
