Dialogue strengthens accordIn Karmana Disrict of Navoiy Region, a training seminar entitled “Culture of dialogue is an important factor in working with families” has been conducted as part of the implementation of the Year of Dialogue with the People and Human Interests state programme.
At the event held by the regional women’s committee and the regional department of the Mahalla public charity foundation, it was said that the Year of Dialogue with the People and Human Interests state programme is an important guidance document for action to raise the implementation of large-scale reforms to a new level.
Conducting an open dialogue with the people under the leadership of the President of the country, the systemic initiation of work to resolve existing problems in localities play an important role in strengthening the people’s trust in the state’s government.
At the seminar with the participation of advisers for religious enlightenment and spiritual-moral education of neighbourhood citizens’ gatherings, employees of the public education and health care systems and women, there was discussion about culture of dialogue with people and its important aspects.
“Advisers should find common ground with every family and know about their problems and joyous events. If advisers’ worldview is broad then they can completely study the territory’s social environment and do something useful for people. The seminar helped to raise the culture of dialogue of active women and advisers for work with families and their qualifications and knowledge about rights and powers,” says Z.Tillayeva, chief adviser for issues of religious enlightenment and spiritual-moral education of the “Yangiariq” neighbourhood citizens’ gathering in Karmana District.
At the seminar, speeches were heard about the essence and significance of the Year of Dialogue with the People and Human Interests state programme, the role of the culture of dialogue of advisers of citizens’ gatherings in carrying out effective work with families and about raising the culture of dialogue of advisers and active women. There was a thorough analysis of work to arrange dialogue with the population, to protect women’s and young people’s interests and to provide the necessary legal, psychological and medical help.
Such seminars are being conducted in all the districts of the region.
