Therefore, this magnificent square always calls upon to reach new frontiers.
The Constitution of Uzbekistan, adopted twenty-six years ago democratically after a nationwide discussion, forms and consolidates legal guarantees of a new society. The principles of the Basic Law are the basis for achievements in the years of independence and actions taken to improve the well-being of people.
A solid legal basis of independence is the Constitution that ensures peace, stable development, cohesion in the country. These concepts are inseparable. Large-scale reforms are being carried out in the country to improve the livelihood of people, during which these features are implemented.
The Basic Law is a unique example of the political-legal thinking of people, the guarantor of the independence, tranquil and prosperous life.
