Uzbekistan delegation led by the Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbayeva visits Japan.

On October 22, the delegation took part in the ceremony of accession to the throne of the new Emperor of Japan Naruhito.

Within the framework of the event, brief conversations were held with heads of foreign delegations, as well as with the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Japanese Parliament T. Oshima.

Chairperson of the Senate of Uzbekistan also attended the festival of international music, organized by the Committee for Promotion of Culture CSPC with the assistance of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Japan.

At the meeting with the head of the CSPC music group, the performer of traditional Japanese music and dance, H. Tachibana, an agreement was reached on further cooperation of Uzbekistan artists in Japan’s cultural events.
