Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea Kang Jae Kwon in his speech noted that corporate social responsibility is becoming increasingly important today due to the fact that it is the driving force of stable growth of all mankind.

In turn, First Deputy Chairman Islom Jasimov noted that Korean business in Uzbekistan’s economy has one of the dominant positions and there are more than 630 enterprises with Korean business and Korean entrepreneurs are actively involved in reforming and ensuring the sustainability of the country’s economy.

The event also included the awarding ceremony of South Korean companies that have been exemplary in their contribution to social development.
