Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Farizshokh Usmanov met with the Vice-President of Pakistan Journalist Association, the editor-in-chief of the urdu-language newspaper “Ittehad” Tahir Farrukh.

Tahir Farrukh shared his impressions about the electoral process, noting its full compliance with international standards, absolute transparency, as well as unimpeded access of voters to polling stations.

He also noted the positive dynamics of economic growth of Uzbekistan, welcomed efforts of the government of the country on liberalizing various sectors of the economy, creating necessary conditions for foreign investors.

F. Usmanov informed guests about the activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as about ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan on improving the investment climate, liberalizing the economy and ensuring the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of entrepreneurs and investors.
