Neighbourhood citizens gatherings’ commissions have a big role in thoroughly studying the socio-moral atmosphere in neighbourhoods and families, giving proper education to young people and finding sensible solutions to people’s topical issues through a reasonable approach to them.
Deputies of the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis (parliament) of the Republic of Uzbekistan are holding direct dialogue with people in order to learn about the socio-economic situation in localities and people’s living conditions, to identify and deal with existing problems in localities and to conduct parliamentary monitoring there effectively.
At the higher military customs institute of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a ceremony has taken place to give graduates diplomas. In the town of Karshi, the Qashqadaryo Regional stage of the “most exemplary adviser of neighbourhood citizens’ gatherings for religious enlightenment, moral and behavioural education” contest has taken place.
In the town of Namangan, a conference call has taken place on issues relating to explaining to the population the essence and significance of laws and resolutions approved at the tenth plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis (parliament) of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also large-scale reforms being implemented in this country.
