Training courses for preventive inspectorsIn Namangan, training courses are being conducted for preventive inspectors to enrich their knowledge and upgrade their qualifications.
A Presidential decree dated 10 April 2017 on measures to raise the work efficiency of internal affairs agencies and to strengthen their responsibility for ensuring public order and the reliable protection of people’s rights, liberties, legitimate interests is an important factor in strengthening their law-based foundation and material-technical base.
In this document, special attention is given to raising the qualifications of preventive inspectors of internal affairs agencies.
At Namangan’s state university, training courses are being conducted by professors and teachers of this university and the academy of the Internal Affairs Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, officials of the regional internal affairs directorate and the Mahalla (neighbourhood) public charity foundation and some other specialists for the purpose of upgrading the qualifications of preventive inspectors and further increasing their law awareness and moral and political knowledge.
“At the training course, attention is mainly paid to raising the political culture of preventive inspectors,” says lieutenant-colonel V.Haqliyev, a senior lecturer of the academy of the Internal Affairs Ministry.
During the training courses, theoretical and practical knowledge is being given to preventive inspectors about effective methods of holding dialogue with people and dealing with their appeals. The theoretical knowledge that inspectors have obtained is being strengthened in practical exercises.
