Mansurbek Olloyorov, Director of the National Agency for Social Protection, held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania, Daniel Cristian Ciobanu, and discussed issues related to protecting children’s rights and various social aspects.

The parties discussed the possibilities of visiting Romanian social service institutions, organizing high-level meetings, and signing a bilateral memorandum.

The participation of the Uzbekistan delegation in the upcoming Conference of Regional Ministers in Bucharest, scheduled for October 12-14, was highlighted as an essential stage.

The Ambassador highly appreciated the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan and expressed his willingness to facilitate visits to Romania.

An agreement was reached to continue cooperation in the social sphere.
