On August 30, Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited Tashkent City and got acquainted with the progress of construction of a congress hall and a five-star hotel.

The two-story building of the congress hall has a main premise for 4 thousand seats, transformed into smaller halls, as well as additional halls for the simultaneous reception of 8 delegations.

The construction of a 21-story five-star Hilton hotel is proceeding at an accelerated pace. The hotel has 258 rooms. In addition, it will consist of 3 restaurants, a banquet hall and 6 conference rooms.

The congress hall and hotel are already built. Close to completion are the interior decoration, electrical installation, and the decorative panels. Work is underway on the installation of engineering communications networks and landscaping. Decorative trees are planted in the park. A musical fountain has been erected.

The President praised the creative work implemented to date and gave instructions on organizing a wide range of services after the completion of facilities and conditions for meaningful leisure of the population.
