In his Address to the Senate and the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted that three years ago, colossal work began on deep modernization and renewal of the country at a new stage of national development, along this path, relying on huge intellectual potential, strengths and opportunities of our people, very important and significant results have been achieved.

In his Address to the Senate and the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted that three years ago, colossal work began on deep modernization and renewal of the country at a new stage of national development, along this path, relying on huge intellectual potential, strengths and opportunities of our people, very important and significant results have been achieved.

“Now we have to consolidate this success, decisively move forward to achieve even higher milestones, since today the reforms and transformations in the country have become irreversible and are entering a decisive phase. The main requirement, the main criterion for all our activities is the real result. In this regard, 2020 will be a special exam for all of us, a year of testing”, the President said.

Our knowledge has grown so much that yesterday’s success and results no longer satisfy us. Reforms giving real benefits are supported and approved by people. Moreover, no one can stop such transformations, such a dynamic process. But the most important thing is that every family, all our compatriots should feel the results of the reforms in their daily lives”, the Head of the state added.
