President became familiar with houses erected for creative workers
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev got acquainted with construction of multi-storey houses in Kamolon makhalla of Shaykhantakhur district, talked with writers and poets.
In accordance with the resolution of the Head of the state "On creation of Writers Alley in the National Park of Uzbekistan named after Alisher Navoi" of April 18, 2017 in order to transform the National Park into a unique historical and cultural complex, contributing to the increase of cultural level of the population, especially youth, perpetuating the memory of the outstanding masters of the word, who left a bright mark in the spiritual life of our people, a Writers Alley was created here and a new building of the Union of Writers was erected.
A residential complex, apartments that will be provided to writers and poets are being constructed in front of the alley. It is planned to organize a preschool education institution and a family polyclinic on the first floor of one of the houses.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited one of the apartments, gave instructions on creating necessary conditions for a peaceful and prosperous life of families, harmonious development of children.
– We should always support the intelligentsia, creative people, – Shavkat Mirziyoyev said. – The more young people read the works, the poetry created by them, the higher will be their spirituality and enlightenment, and hence patriotism. The more patriots there are, the faster our country will develop.
The Head of the state got acquainted with conditions created in the kindergarten and talked with its employees.
– We always pay special attention to preschool education, – Shavkat Mirziyoyev said. – In this age children quickly and easily learn, remember the gained knowledge for life. Therefore, issues related to development of this system should always be in the center of our attention.
The President noted the need for a serious approach to development of methodological tools for preschool education institutions, involvement of experienced writers in this process.
A presentation of projects on construction of modern housing complexes, business centers, places for recreation and walks in the districts of Tashkent, improvement of public transport services was held.
The Head of the state gave instructions to responsible persons on improvement of projects.
The President also inspected the alley built along the Bozsu canal.
