All necessary conditions for boys and girls to meaningfully spend their leisure time, develop their scientific and creative potential, and learn the craft, created in Children's Center “Barkamol Avlod” (Comprehensively Advanced Generation) in Kokand.

The center, which is visited by more than 850 pupils, includes 15 clubs in technique, artistic creativity, local history and ecology. Clubs as sewing beads, confectionery, knitting, foreign languages, radio, avia-, rocket- and automotive styling are very popular. Pupils of the center successfully participate in regional and national competitions.
