Young people sing about the MotherlandIn the state conservatoire of Uzbekistan, the final phase of the contest entitled “You are the only one, my sacred Motherland” has taken place in the system of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education. This contest is devoted to the 26th anniversary of the independence of Uzbekistan.
The first deputy minister of higher and secondary special education, D.Nabiyev; and others have said that under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, special attention is paid constantly to the proper spiritual upbringing of young people and the provision of comprehensive care for them.
The republican contest “You are the only one, my sacred Motherland” for the best song about the Motherland plays an important role in instilling in the young generations such feelings as patriotism and devotion to the Motherland and the understanding of responsibility for its destiny.
This song festival, arranged in accordance with a Presidential resolution dated 27 June 2017 on celebrating the 26th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is taking place on the slogan of “My love and devotion to you, my native Uzbekistan”.
At the early phases of this creative project arranged in the system of higher and secondary special education, more than 13 thousand participants performed songs about the sacred Motherland. Representatives of 14 higher educational establishments made it to the final phase as their performing mastery was evaluated highly by the jury.
“At the contest, I performed a song entitled `Jannat Ozbekistonim [paradisiacal Uzbekistan]’. This song festival is a good opportunity for young people to display their love for the Motherland and their attitude to peaceful and calm life in our country,” says Mirzufar Sharipov, a student of the Mirzo Ulughbek national university of Uzbekistan.
At the conclusion of the contest, diplomas and memorable gifts were given to its winners.
