National Institute of Fine Arts and Design hosts international online conference
National Institute of Fine Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod hosted an international scientific and experimental online conference “EGO-XX: universal values and a national feature in art”.
Chairman of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan A. Nuriddinov noted that the opinions of art historians attending the conference are very important for further development of fine, applied art and design.
At the event, presentations were made by scientists from Armenia, Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Russia, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Thailand, the UK and Uzbekistan.
Focusing on the principles of universal human values and national characteristics in art, the conference covered themes such as traditions and innovations in the visual arts, a new look at tangible and intangible cultural heritage, aesthetics and design technology. Participants studied international experience, got acquainted with the scientific and creative process taking place in world art.
