Tashkent House of Photography hosted the opening ceremony of the exhibition “Moonlight Lullaby”, dedicated to the history of traditional children's cradle. The exhibition is organized by Islam Karimov Foundation and is open to visitors until November 25, 2019.

This exhibition project is aimed at promoting rich cultural-historical heritage and traditional crafts of Uzbekistan. The exhibition introduces audience to the creative works of best masters from cities such as Tashkent, Margilan, Andijan, Khiva, Gijduvan.

The exhibition features photographs demonstrating traditional cradle manufacturing process. A variety of samples of works of folk artists, accuracy of every detail and originality of colorful ornaments allow viewer not only to contemplate the beauty of the national culture, but also feel historical importance and household significance of Uzbek cradle.
