The forum’s program includes a business program for professionals from various fields of culture and a festival part, which includes cultural events. The key event of the forum will become the plenary discussion “The voice of art in the media”. Participants will discuss the formation and change of mass demand for cultural information, popularization of art in the media, and new media formats that can engage a user in dialogue with the eternal.

The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. Sayfullayev are expected to attend the forum. The event program also includes a meeting of culture ministers of the participating countries.
