The association is provided with musical instruments, special traditional clothing and educational literature.

Its main goal is to improve the activity of bakhshi. In addition, the tasks include further development of bakhshi art, the analysis of bakhshi repertoire, organization of high-level local contests, provision of practical assistance in the organizational and creative issues of the International Bakhshi Art Festival, which takes place in Uzbekistan every two years.
