The Committee on Interethnic Relations and Friendly Ties with Foreign Countries organized a spiritual and enlightenment event on the 536th anniversary of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur’s birth.

The event, organized in cooperation with the Political Council of Adolat Social Democratic Party of Uzbekistan, was attended by scholars of literature, heads of national cultural centers, representatives of the general public and students.

As it was noted, the rich cultural heritage of people, in particular, invaluable scientific and artistic works of our great ancestor Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur are important in development of world science and literature. Experts talked about the work carried out in studying, promoting the life, creative heritage of Babur and the Baburids.

At the event, scenes from Babur’s life were shown, excerpts from ghazals were read.
