Tashkent hosted XI Uzbekistan Puppet Theater Review Festival, organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Uzbekistan Theater Workers Union, dedicated to the 27th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence. 

The festival provided an opportunity for a comprehensive analysis of activities of the country's puppet theaters. 

Within five days, audience enjoyed best performances. At the scientific-practical conference on “Puppet theaters of Uzbekistan: yesterday and today”, issues of directing in groups and stage speech in performances were discussed in detail. 

Following the event, winners of the contest were awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts.
