Days of Uzbek cinema held in TurkmenistanUzA, 24 September 2009, 11:32 Days of national cinema of Uzbekistanw ere held in Turkmenistan on 17-20 September. According to Uzbekkino national agency, cinematographers and arts experts from Uzbekistan visited the neighboring country to participate in the forum. The days included, apart from films, various meetings, conferences and other events. The Turkmen pubic could get acquainted with the new films and achievements of Uzbekistan’s national cinema. The program included demonstration of more than 20 feature, documentary and animation films. Among them were “Yurta”, “Children in the sky”, “Susambil”, “Registan – the pearl of Samarkand”, “Imam Buhari”, “Tashkent – capital of Islamic culture”.
