Exhibition of art works from young talentsUzA, Nazokat Usmanova, 13 November 2009, 21:51
An art exhibition of works by members of the Republican Children’s Art Festival “New generation-2009” of fine and applied arts, conducted by the Forum of Culture and Arts of Uzbekistan jointly with the Youth Public Movement “Kamolot”, the Ministry of Education and other organizations opened at the Tashkent House of Photography . Particular attention in Uzbekistan is paid to the progressive development of art education, construction of schools, colleges and high schools specializing in training students in-depth visual arts, as well as children’s art centers, galleries, exhibition halls. This contributes to the spiritual enrichment of boys and girls, young people from national and world art. Festival of Children’s work “New generation”, traditionally held in our country, also helps to identify talented youth in the fine and applied arts. The exhibition at the House of Photography presents more than two hundred works nearly of fifty young artists – participants of the final phase of the festival “New generation-2009” – in fields such as art, sculpture, pottery, wood carving. Seventh grader of school № 33 from Buvayda district of Ferghana region Soyibjon Abdullaev demonstrated a set of its works of landscapes, illustrating the scenic beauty of our region. According Soyibjon, Children’s Art Festival “New generation” allows participants to communicate with many renowned masters of the brush, teachers, take an active part in interesting activities, exhibitions, and visit Tashkent.
