CCI hosted Uzbekistan – China business forum and B2B meetings.

The event also included the opening ceremony of Sichuan International Chamber Representative Office in Uzbekistan.

The event is aimed at establishing economic relations for implementation of joint events and investment projects.

The delegation included more than 20 leading companies operating in automation system, electrical and energy technologies, agriculture, mechanical and electrical industry, aerospace, petrochemical, automotive industry.

The Chinese delegation became familiar with economic potential of Uzbekistan, ongoing reforms in the country on improving investment climate, liberalizing economy, as well as protecting legitimate rights and interests of entrepreneurs.

Prospects of further development of Uzbekistan – China trade-economic cooperation were discussed at B2B meetings, views were exchanged on enhancing partnership between entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan and China. About 100 business entities of Uzbekistan attended the individual negotiations.
