Representatives of a number of ministries, agencies of Uzbekistan and the Export-Import Bank of India, with participation of diplomats of the two countries, have held virtual talks.

The bank’s activities, including cooperation with international partners (countries, banks and others) in financing various social and infrastructure projects were presented.

The parties exchanged views on promising areas of interaction, within the framework of which joint socially significant projects in Uzbekistan with participation of the Indian bank could be implemented. Such areas could be education, housing and communal services, transport infrastructure and others.

The parties agreed to organize such consultations on a regular basis.
