On March 11-15, the delegation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands led by the Ambassador (with residence in Moscow) Renée Jones-Bos will visit Uzbekistan.

According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Netherlands with a residence in Brussels, the delegation plans to attend the international exhibition AgroWorld 2019 in Tashkent and visit Namangan region to discuss issues of expanding investment cooperation in agriculture. The Netherlands delegation includes representatives of more than 50 agricultural companies taking leading positions in their fields of specialization and possessing advanced technologies.

During the delegation’s visit, it is planned to hold Uzbekistan – Netherlands business forum with involvement of representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Agriculture, business circles of the country, farmers, agricultural science and local entrepreneurs interested in establishing cooperation with Netherlands partners.

The Embassy of Uzbekistan, with the support of Uzbekistan CCI leadership, is currently completing negotiations with the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality of the Netherlands on the content of the business forum.

The delegation intends to visit the agricultural enterprises of Namangan region to demonstrate the potential and opportunities for further development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
