A meeting with the delegation of the State of Qatar led by the director of legal affairs department at Qatar Chamber Abdul Aziz Al Kuwari was held at the Ministry for Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On July 16, 2018, a meeting with the delegation of the State of Qatar led by the director of legal affairs department at Qatar Chamber Abdul Aziz Al Kuwari was held at the Ministry for Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties discussed the prospects for development of bilateral trade, economic and transport-communication cooperation.

At the meeting, the potentialities for export development, namely the delivery of a number of goods to Qatar, such as cars and trucks, electrical goods, chemicals, as well as fresh and processed fruit and vegetable products were noted.

As reported by the Press Service of the Ministry for Foreign Trade, main attention was paid to discussion of transport and communication system.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue implementation of measures for further strengthening cooperation in trade and economic sphere.
