On November 23-24, 2017, an international scientific-practical conference on “25 years of water cooperation in Central Asia: past experience, future challenges” will be held in Tashkent in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Interstate Coordination Water Commission.
“Mining World Uzbekistan – 2017”, “Machinery Central Asia – 2017”, “Trans Uzbekistan/Trans Logistica – 2017” and “CAIPS/Securika Central Asia – 2017” international exhibitions began their work within its framework.
In accordance with the resolution of the President of our country “On establishment and organization of activities of the Association of Walnut Producers and Exporters” of June 1, 2017, walnut plantations are being established in Gallaaral district of Jizzakh region in an intensive way, on an area of more than 1,5 thousand hectares.

Memorandums of cooperation on supply of textile products, juices, condiments and other products from our country have been signed between the Fund for support of exports of small businesses and private entrepreneurship under the National bank for foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan and South Korean companies “Awesome Ltd.”, “SuWan TPL Co., Ltd”, “DOBE CorpInc.” within the framework of Uzbekistan – South Korea business forum and cooperative exchange, in Tashkent.
According to international experts, Uzbekistan has accumulated rich experience in growing organic cotton fiber. More than 1500 specialists, who participated in the fair from different countries, got an opportunity to get acquainted with activities in this direction, defined acceptable standards for them.
Steel structures necessary for the construction of railway and main bridges, columns, stairs, overpasses, telecommunication towers and large structures are manufactured in “Toytepa Metall Qurilmalari” joint-stock company in Urtachirchik district of Tashkent region.
